A fitness diary is valuable as a reliable tool that helps you, your goals safely and without any detours to reach.

Who is his training and diet efforts listed reserves, not only track of his progress and can detect mistakes early, but are also not as fast when the urge for sweets, or once again is unbearable, or the large internal bastard came up with many excuses why it would be better to cancel the scheduled workout. Who holds his failure likes writing notes?

That’s why a fitness diary is useful especially for those who train alone without the moral support of a training partner or trainer.

Fitness is a lifestyle. Therefore, you should keep your fitness diary even on days where you do not workout. After all, is to lose weight and be healthy a solid diet. And you need daily to keep in mind.
